When I started in this business, I thought real estate would give me freedom. What it gave me at first was exhaustion, confusion, and a lot of Sunday nights wondering if I'd wasted my time.

I've spent the decades since then coaching other agents toward that same shift — as a former MAPS coach, as an executive leader, and now as a Certified Equine Gestalt Practitioner working with humans and horses on the same land in Colorado.

That last one matters — let me explain why. Gestalt coaching trained me to hear what's underneath what someone is saying. The fear. The identity wound. Partnering with horses for over a decade taught me to read energy, read truth, and cut through what's in the way — fast.
